Q. I have seen on TV that these gold parties are illegal.  Are they?
A. It all depends on who you go through. We at Gold Diggers are fully licensed to buy back unwanted jewelry from people and follow all of the tax laws set forth for running a business such as this.  If you are still unsure we advise you to take a look at the article written about us in the March 9, 2008 edition of the Macomb Daily.

Q. Do you pay by the gram?
A. Yes, depending of the price of gold that day.

Q. Does your company donate to any charities?
A. Absolutely! As stated on the Book a Party page we give back 12.5% of total gold sales to the host.  Now when it comes to charitable contributions we will give 15% or more depending on the charity.  For instance we have worked in the past with Price Waterhouse Coopers and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
