Useage Requirements and Limitations
Gold Diggers in association with R R Metals requires that customers attending parties for sale or trade purposes must be at least 18 years of age and provide adequate proof is asked. In addition, all items offered for sale or trade must be the sole property of said person attending a Gold Diggers party. They may not act on behalf of someone else.

Identification and Documentation
Gold Diggers in association with R R Metals reserves the right to, but is not obligated to, request at any time during the buying experience, identification or documentation supporting age and/or ownership.

Customer Agreement
By presenting property for sale or trade to Gold Diggers, customers accept a payment based on fair market wholesale value. Absolutely no telephone or e-mail quotations will be rendered or accepted.

The customer hereby understands and acknowledges that once the sale or trade is finalized it is just that; final. No returns will be accepted and no items will be given back.

Gold Diggers in association with R R Metals shall not be considered liable to any person or dispute related to use of this website. By using this website, customers agree that no Gold Diggers in association with R R Metals employee, representative, or owner will be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages incurred by the misuse or misunderstanding of content.
